Winemaking process:
The grapes undergo a slow and soft destemming followed by a light pressing in order to quickly separate the must from the skins.
Fermentation takes place in steel vessels with the addition of selected yeasts.
Before the fermentation ends, the must is transferred to 500 liter 3rd passage French barrels in which malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously.

Aging:
The wine ages for 6 months in barrels and is then bottled after a light filtration. In bottle it refines further for about 2 months.

Organoleptic examination:
Conceived to be tasted during the summer visits
to Le Vigne di Raito
Vitamenia is a firm and dry rosé characterized by pleasant and delicate hints of raspberry, pomegranate, red flowers and citrus fruits. On the palate it is fresh and savory.
Perfectly integrated acidity and softness leave the mouth fresh and clean.
